EUROPEAN DARTS TROPHY
Dave followed up his good form shown in Ireland to reach the last eight of the European Darts Trophy in Gottingen, Germany.
Entering in round two, Chizzy came through a final leg decider 6-5 against Ryan Joyce before a crushing 6-0 victory over John Henderson to start the final day.
His run came to an end in the quarter finals however, as he was defeated 2-6 by Michael Smith.
WORLD GRAND PRIX
Dave made his second major quarter final in a row with a run to the last eight at the Unibet World Grand Prix at the Citywest Hotel, Dublin.
Chizzy made short work of Max Hopp in round one before coming through Raymond van Barneveld in straight sets in round two also.
His run was halted by the eventual winner, and current world number one Michael van Gerwen in a great encounter, 1-3.
CHAMPIONS LEAGUE OF DARTS
Dave was given a tough draw at the Champions League of Darts in Brighton.
First up, Chizzy faced world number one Michael van Gerwen and was defeated 2-10, before coming up against the newly crowned World Matchplay Champion Gary Anderson, where he suffered another loss, this time 3-10.
On day two, in his final group match, Dave lost out 7-10 to the reigning World Grand Prix Champion, Daryl Gurney.
PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIPS 19 & 20
Dave reached the last 64 and last 32 respectively in the two Pro Tour events held at the Citywest Hotel, Dublin.
His run in the first tournament was ended by recent Players Championship event winner Michael Mansell, and in the second event, he was stopped in his tracks by Dutchman Ron Meulenkamp.
